Scott says:
"I spent last weekend at the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions. While I didn't
make it with my U-12 boys team, I did get invited as a referee. I saw some really great
soccer and met a lot of referees from around the state. I was the center referee of the
U-14 Girls semi final that ended in a 2-2 tie, went through overtime with no score, and
was finally decided on shots from the mark. (What most people incorrectly call penalty
kicks.) I was excited being the referee -- I can't imagine how the players felt."
